Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in like-new condition, and include all original packaging. Exemptions include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and certain others listed.

Initiate returns with a receipt and avoid sending items back to the manufacturer. Partial refunds may apply in specific cases, such as items showing signs of use or returns beyond the 30-day limit.

Sale items are non-refundable, and exchanges are accepted only for defective items. Size or color exchanges require a new order, and the original item must be returned for a full refund.

Items bought during sales or promotions are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange. Rejected return items won't be refunded; a brief email will detail the rejection. Insure parcels for the desired value during transit.
